VeryPay (https://verypay.ch/) is looking for a skilled
Mid-Level DevOps Engineer to maintain and enhance our infrastructure on AWS and Kubernetes. This role involves close collaboration with the development teams to ensure smooth deployment pipelines and scalable environments.
Job Description
- Manage and maintain Kubernetes clusters and AWS infrastructure.
- Automate deployment pipelines and workflows to support continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD).
- Monitor system performance, optimize infrastructure, and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure the seamless integration of DevOps tools and practices.
- Implement security best practices in cloud infrastructure and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in DevOps or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (K8S) and AWS infrastructure.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems, and automation tools.
- Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, or similar).
- Proficiency in containerization technologies such as Docker.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of the payments industry, including wallet systems and payment gateways.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform.
- Strong understanding of cloud security practices and frameworks.
