Your responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks.
- Create and manage automation scripts using various test tools and languages.
- Write, execute, and manage automated test cases.
- Work closely with development teams, QA analysts, and product owners to understand requirements and translate them into test automation strategies.
- Participate in regular scrum and sprint planning meetings.
- Identify test automation opportunities and help drive improvements in the testing process.
- Continuously improve the robustness and efficiency of test suites.
- Review and analyze software requirements and specifications to identify any potential quality issues
- Maintain strong communication across teams & departments to develop needs analysis, requirements, and operational planning.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and techniques in QA testing
- Provide regular reports and updates on testing status and implement ongoing quality improvement processes working with interdepartmental teams
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance overall QA efficiency and effectiveness
Your Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in QA automation.
- Experience in using automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, etc.
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience with version control systems (Git, SVN, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with automated testing tools and frameworks
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Experience working in a waterfall development strategy, as well as Agile/Scrum methodology
- Proficient level of English (TOEIC, IELTS certificates)
