MindX is a fast growing, Vietnam Tech Education Startup. Our mission is to help put Vietnam on the world's technology map by contributing to the nation's tech talent pool with our technology education and tech-related career acceleration programs. Currently, MindX is offering tech-related courses for students from as young as sixth grade to over 18, as well as financial and job matching programs to support them all the way from the beginning to during and after their tech education journey, with the intention to help them reach their highest potentials in the IT industry.
As we grow, in order to maintain our support for existing educational services as well as crafting and scaling new products, we are urgently in need of strong growth-obsessed and courageous Engineers to build, deliver and maintain our internal and customer-facing tech products.

Achieve Product Squad's success in terms of technical output
#Responsibilities
Responsible for technical output of the engineering activities in appointed product squads, including:
- Existing products & features maintenance
- New products & features technical design and development
- Best practices and standards studying and implementation support
- Technical solutions research and development support
- Code reviews conducting
Support team building:
- New engineers onboarding support
- Assist and teach other engineers to develop their skills an individual basis

- Working Time: Monday - Friday
- Working location: 5th Floor, 71 Nguyen Chi Thanh Str., Dong Da Dist., Hanoi
Requirements
- Proficient technical skills with minimum 2 years of experience in the relevant Industries
- Expert knowledge of developing projects based on NodeJS/Python (knowledge LangChain is a plus)
- Familiarity with databases: MySQL, Postgres, MongoDB, ..
- Experienced with Web Crawler and Data Scraper
- A basic understanding of what AI is and a keen interest in AI
- Experienced with Agile methods (Scrum or XP)
- Proficient in English reading
- Good English writing skills (mostly for work email and chat)
- Ability to coach/ train people
- Familiarity with hiring and team building activities
- Good leadership skills
- Good communication & collaboration skills with both tech and non-tech partners
- Strong work ethics
- Obsession with growth, both personal and team wise
- The will to take the right risks
