Introduction:
As a Mobile Game Marketing Specialist at Element6 Technologies, you will play a crucial role in driving the visibility and success of our mobile gaming titles. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced marketer who has a proven track record in the digital marketing of mobile games, with deep expertise in platform-specific tools and advertising strategies. Your knowledge will directly impact our games reach and profitability by efficiently navigating marketplaces and maximizing return on ad spend across various channels
Responsibilities:
- Market Research: Conduct ongoing competitive analysis and market research to stay ahead of industry trends and leverage emerging opportunities.
- Platform Management:
- Oversee and manage the setup and maintenance of our games on Google Play Console and App Store Connect. Ensure all game listings are optimized for maximum visibility and conversion.
- Monitor and analyse game performance metrics, implementing strategies for improvement based on data-driven insights.
- Ad Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms including Google, Apple, Facebook, and TikTok. Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize effectiveness and ROI.
- A/B test different ad creatives and strategies to continually refine campaign effectiveness.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance, user acquisition, engagement, and monetization.
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and optimizations for internal stakeholders to inform strategy adjustments and report on KPIs.
- Use analytics tools to track user behaviour and campaign effectiveness, making data-driven decisions to enhance marketing efforts.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the development, game designer, and creative teams to align marketing strategies with product developments and user feedback.
- Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring spending aligns with company goals and delivers optimal returns.
- Creative Direction: Guide the creation of marketing materials and ad creatives, ensuring they are compelling, brand-consistent, and optimized for each specific ad platform.
Requirements Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing within mobile game publishing companies.
- Strong expertise in managing Google Play Console and App Store Connect.
- Proven track record of designing and executing successful marketing campaigns across Google, Apple, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Familiarity with analytics and performance metrics specific to mobile gaming.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively in a team environment.
