Molding Manager

We're looking for a professional to lead and refine our blow molding operations. This role focuses on enhancing product quality and operational efficiency through expert management and innovation in blow molding practices.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee and improve blow molding standards, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.

- Collaborate with Operations, Tooling, and Maintenance to optimize processes.

- Evaluate and recommend advancements in tooling, machinery, and technologies.

- Conduct mold testing and integrate new products into manufacturing.

- Lead training and performance management of team members.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

- From 05 years of working experience in plastic/ injection molding.

- Expertise in machine operation, troubleshooting, and process optimization.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to new technologies.

- Previous processing experience and mold-flow analysis knowledge are pluses.
