Job Description

  • Research the market, competitors, approach individual customers or businesses, business households, individuals to sell mortgage loans, unsecured loans, mPOS, Salary payment and cross-sell TPBank's NHCN products and services
  • Establish relationships with businesses to sell in large quantities
  • Directly participate in negotiations, prepare contracts and transactions with customers
  • Take care of customers after sales
  • Analyze and evaluate trends, business performance results and propose methods to increase sales and profits
  • Regularly update personal business performance, report on business performance of partners so that team leaders, department heads and directors can grasp work progress
  • Synthesize and report on individual performance evaluation indicators through the set of criteria prescribed by the bank.

Job Requirement

  • College degree or higher up,
  • Have experience working at a Bank or related industries to Finance - Banking, Insurance
  • Have experience or relationships with Real Estate Transaction Offices, car showrooms
  • Have experience with mortgage loan products
  • Proficient in Office Informatics
  • Have a passion for sales
  • Active, dynamic, good communication
  • Can work independently or in a group
  • Responsible for assigned work, progressive spirit
  • Good ability to organize work
  • Ability to withstand high work pressure.
