Job Description
CREATIVE STRATEGY:
- Developcreativeideaorconceptforcampaignsforamulti-channelenvironment,inpartnership with the Creative GroupHead.
- ProvidecontentdirectiontocontentspecialistswithintheDigital & Social/PRteams&oversee content master plans that encompass allchannels.
- Steer, prepare & lead joint brainstorms for new content ideas that work acrosschannels.
- Researchtargetaudiences,bestpractices,clientmaterials&performcontentauditstoidentify& craft the right contenttone.
- Participateinclientmeetingstopresentcreativeideas,plans,amendments&reportprogress; prepare presentationmaterials.
- Updatethecreativeteamaboutsocial,cultural&industrytrendsthatarerelevanttocreative& content development.
COPY & CONTENT DEVELOPMENT:
- Write clear, persuasive, originalcopy.
- Overseecontentproduction&designerworktomakesureitisalignedwiththestrategic& creativedirection.
- Edit&proofcontentinbothVietnamese&English,ensuringcontentquality&consistencyacross channels.
- Ensure all content is delivered on time & tobudget.
PEOPLE:
- Contributetoidentification,recruitment&retentionoftoptalent(copy&content)byensuring that juniors are given your respect are listened to & are recognized for theirwork.
- Coach & develop teammembers.
- Audit team allocation & correct asnecessary.
- Maintainoverviewofcopy&contentworkbysubordinates;ensurethatallprojectscarriedout& deliverables submitted to clients are of the highestquality.
- Ensurethatrelationshipsinthecreativeteamworkeffectively,andberesponsibleforsolving inter-team issues for designated creative & contentprojects.
- Champion our MSL culture of integration & collaboration across disciplines &teams.
CONSULTING:
- Build,maintain&developtrustwithclientsasacreativeadvisoractivelyparticipateinclient meetings to provide creative & contentviews.
- Ensureyouacquireaclearunderstandingofclientbusiness,budgetaryconstraints&usethis knowledge to provide relevant creativesolutions.
- Use questioning & listening skills to deepen your understanding of client issues &briefs.
- Be critical in your thinking & constructive in yourfeedback.
Qualifications
- At least 5 working years of experience in Copywriting especially in Digital and IMC based campaigns/projects
- Experience leading a team and projects
- Good at speaking English
- Good in Vietnamese insights and always on trend
- An interest in capturing and telling exceptional stories of people.
- A personalpurpose of making human centeredwork.
- Highly creative and imaginative.
- Hasa goodwritten and interpersonal skills.
- An eye for detail.
- Have an interest in commerce, popular culture, and new advertising trends and techniques.
