Role Description
- Multimedia Design: Create and produce multimedia design products (images, videos, motion graphics, infographics) to support marketing and communication campaigns.
- Content Management for Images and Videos: Develop, edit, and optimize multimedia content aligned with brand strategy and tailored to each communication channel (social media, website, email marketing, advertising).
- Creative Idea Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project objectives and propose as well as execute suitable design ideas.
- UI/UX Design: Assist in designing user interfaces for websites, landing pages, and applications with a creative and user-friendly approach.
- Event Production Support: Provide design materials (backgrounds, banners, slides, videos) for internal and client events.
- Design Resource Management: Ensure design and multimedia materials are systematically organized and stored for easy reuse.
- Other Tasks as Assigned by Management.: Create and produce multimedia design products (images, videos, motion graphics, infographics) to support marketing and communication campaigns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or associate's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Communications, or related fields.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in multimedia design.
- Proficient in graphic design and video editing software: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
- Knowledge and experience in UX/UI design are a plus.
- Basic skills in video shooting and post-production editing.
- Creative mindset with sensitivity to design and technology trends.
- Strong teamwork, time management skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
- A portfolio showcasing previous design projects is required.
