Our client is amongst the most well-known Pharmaceutical brands with proven reputation across the globe for their product quality. The company is now looking for a National Sales Manager to build up and lead their sales and tender team across the country.
Responsibilities
- Develop sales plan, lead events and activities. Manage day-to-day activities of sales and tender team
- Ensure a maximum coverage of clients through appropriately allocating territory for staffs
- Foster new business relationships and manage existing relationships
- Recommend sales strategies for improvement based on market research and competitor analyses
- Provide training and support to medical representatives
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Liaise with other functions in marketing and customer service to implement campaigns and activities
- Prepare and present sales reports to General Manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Pharmaceutical Sales Manager or similar role
- Strong understanding of the Pharmaceutical industry
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Ability to analyze market trends and sales data
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Ability to travel as needed
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the industry.
