Job Description
Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team throughout the project lifecycle.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Architect, design, and develop robust and scalable .NET-based applications and services.
Lead code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and performance optimization techniques.
Collaborate with the integration team to design and implement interfaces with external systems, particularly the SAP system.
Manage deployment processes and ensure smooth integration with AWS cloud services.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolution to minimize project delays.
Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and enhance the development process.
Communicate project status, risks, and challenges effectively to stakeholders and project managers.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in software development (with at least 1 year in a technical leadership role - for leader role)
Extensive experience with .NET framework, C#, ASP.NET MVC/WebAPI, and Entity Framework.
Strong understanding of cloud-based architectures, particularly AWS services.
Proficiency in designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
Solid understanding of database technologies, including SQL Server or PostgreSQL.
Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
