We are seeking a talented Network Engineer to join our IT Infrastructure team. The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining network systems, ensuring high performance and reliability for the company's IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement network systems, working with the project team to plan, estimate budgets, and timelines.
- Manage and maintain network systems including mainframes, VPNs, routers, and other hardware devices.
- Install, configure, and support network equipment such as routers, proxy servers, switches, firewalls, WAN accelerators, DNS, and DHCP.
- Evaluate network performance and seek ways for continuous improvement.
- Provide technical guidance to colleagues on computer and network usage, offering comprehensive advice.
- Manage subcontractors involved in network installation.
- Optimize network performance through ongoing monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Plan and implement system upgrades and maintenance without disrupting others work.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- In-depth knowledge of network protocols, security, and infrastructure
- CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent certifications are an advantage
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a team
- Good communication skills in English
