Maintain good relations with existing customers and develop new customers to ensure incremental sales by seniority.
Develop USA/CANADA markets & new products of Air & Sea
Report to the Manager or upper level when required

Bachelor's/College's degree.
Experience in sales in Shipping/ Freight Forwarding companies, especially USA/CANADA trade lane with 2-3 years.
Excellent leadership skills, capable of effectively leading a team to exploit available customer sources to achieve revenue and profit targets.
Proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
Good English communication.
