Title: NPI Executive

Department: Product Marketing

Work location: Sharp Head Office in HCMC (Sharp Vietnam SVN)

T5-B03.07 & T5-B03.09 Floor 3 Masteri Thao Dien 159 Vo Nguyen Giap Street, Thao Dien Ward, Thu Duc City, HCMC City, Vietnam

Working hour: Mon Fri 8:30 AM 5:30 PM (Lunch break: 12:00 PM 1:00 PM)

Reporting line: Line Manager

Responsibilities:

1. New Product development:

1.1 Market survey & Collect Competitors information

1.2 Finding potential product / supplier based on market analysis

1.3 Work with all sides to decide products in detail (design/ feature/spec/ price)

1.4 Other detail follow up (Japan approval, Factory Audit...)

1.5 Sample checking and testing (CR, Hygiene, EAN, OM, Rating label, performance)

1.6 For 1st official order & Shipment schedule

1.7 Product quality follow up

1.8 Sample control

1.9 Benchmark in detail

1.10 Getting approval for launching

2. Product control:

2.1 Product quality follow up

2.2 Product roadmap (EOL/NEW)

2.3 New product launching proposal

2.4 4Ps MKT

3. EOL/Discontinuance:

3.1 EOL procedures for external Supplier/BU (EOL announcement, last orders...)

3.2 Supplier cost (updating, approval)

4. Training:

4.1 Training product features/functions for new SVN members (Sales/Sales Rep./BCM/Promoters...)

4.2 Training support for FSM/ Dealers staff (propose from by Sales)

Job Requirements:

1. 3-5 years experiences in new product development. Specially with Chinese suppliers.

2. Good in English speaking, writing and presentation to communicate with oversea partners, and Japan HQ.

3. Full product knowledges for all categories (CE Field).

4. Experience in Vietnamese Certificates testing by managing process with CS and Sharp HQ.

5. Covering Small Kitchen appliances when required.
