Job Responsibilities:

• Lead vehicle-level NVH testing (powertrain, wind, road, HVAC noise).
• Manage NVH attributes across multiple projects to meet performance targets.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and execute NVH strategies to ensure superior sound quality and comfort.
• Collaborate with design, CAE, and manufacturing teams to align NVH performance.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (Master's preferred).
• 7+ years of experience in automotive NVH, with EV experience being a plus.
• Expertise in tools such as LMS, Brel & Kjr, or Artemis.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and collaborate with suppliers.
• Hands-on knowledge of CAE analysis and familiarity with regulatory standards.
