YOUR ROLE
Ocean Operations Administrator Documentation is responsible for set of Documentation of export shipments from Viet Nam. They will be first contact for Bill of Lading/ Export Manifest and Invoice. Moreover, they also work closely with Procurement & Pricing/ Customer Service Department to maintain a profitable gross yield
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO
- Submitting Shipping Instruction/ VGM to Ocean Master Carrier/Coloader
- Issuing Bill of Lading/ FCR/ Invoice based on CEVA's Global Compliance
- Filling Export Manifest for shipments to JP/US/MX/CA/SA
- Closing shipment's PnL
- Solving customer's problem relating Documentation/ Export Manifest/ PnL
- Other tasks assigned by supervisor
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor's degree in International Business/ Supply Chain/ Logistics, or related field
- Having experience in ocean freight/ ocean services
- Fresher with strong knowledge of Logistics industry is acceptable
- Good at customer service, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of English, analysis skill and logical thinking
