In order to support our business, we are looking for anOffice Admin in Vietnam.
Position Summary:
To provide overall support to Vietnam office, including administrative, financial and HR related. Make sure the office operation smooth.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Office Administrative:
- Manage leasing contract, relocation, renovation, liaise with building management company.
- Documents management to support audit yearly, work with courier/transportation vendors to purchase and manage office equipment and other suppliers.
- Coordinate with HR and support visa application, and visitor's transportation arrangement.
- Other related admin or office management tasks assigned by site manager.
Finance/Accounting:
- Handle Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, e-banking functions and JDE operation.
- Review staff Travel & Living expenses reports, comply with company policy.
- Prepare Contract file update, Stamping record, DECISION and Policy documents for approval.
- Other Finance/Accounting related tasks assigned by Head of Finance, ASP.
HR:
- HR process supporting including recruiting, training, performance management, onboarding and offboarding.
- Documents management in compliance with local law, e.g. HR policy/employee handbook update, employee file, labor contract, HRIS, PIT, etc.
- ER related include local activities organizing, benefits arrangements, and regular employee communication and feedback etc.
- Other HR related things assigned by HR Manager.
Experience & Qualifications:
You have:
- College's degree in major of Accounting, Administration, Human Resource or equivalent.
- 2 years relevant working experience.
- Fluent English both in oral & written, Chinese language will be a plus.
- Proficient MS office operation skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- High energy level, flexible, customer focus and result-oriented.
- Sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit.
