I. Job Purpose

The role of the Officer CCTA is to take care of company employer branding and communication internally and externally, implement annual fresh recruitment programs to hire qualified young talents for BBVN.
II. Job Function
1. Employer branding
- Act as B. Braun brand ambassador to promote the company professional image in the market on off and online channels.
- Prepare and design attractive job posting as well as other branding materials in accordance with brand identity and trending content.
- Actively join groups, forums and share B. Braun brand in the market and expand the social network to reach bigger candidate pool.
- Actively promote B. Braun Facebook page, website and LinkedIn.
- Actively conduct market intelligence and propose initiatives to improve branding and recruitment activities.
2. Corporate Communications
- Liaise with regional/ global team to implement and launch communication channels for local (internal knowledge page, website refreshment, company email ownership, online channel alignment and promotion)
- Keep updated and be the custodian of company brand identity and communication technology
- Support to draft communication message to different stakeholders when required. Design communication materisl during company events
3. Employee engagement
- Follow up and activate company employee engagement calendars/ activities to include diverse employee groups in the company.
- Design/ lead activities to bond employees together, building a culture of Diversity, Trust and Accountability
- Young employee recruitment program activation
- Collect the needs from departments on young employee pipelines
- Combine market understanding and analysis with internal uniqueness to create proposition for the program and work out activation plan to attract potential candidates
- Facilitate the selections and on-boarding of hired candidate
- Track and work out improvement plans after each batch to finetune the program in terms of activation, targeting, efficiency and effectiveness.

III. Job requirement
- Bachelor degree in related function
- At least 1 year experience in recruitment
- Familiar with design tools such as Photoshop, Premiere, Canva
- Experience in fresh recruitment program is a plus
- Good English (both speaking and writing)
- Clear and precise communication
- Good team work
- Like working with people of different background
- Resourceful
