Job Description
Development of Omnichannel Infrastructure:
- Design and implement robust omnichannel infrastructure to ensure seamless integration across various sales and communication channels.
Creation of Omnichannel Sales and Brand-Building Strategies:
- Develop comprehensive sales and brand-building strategies encompassing Dine-In, Take-Away, and both Internal and External Delivery channels.
- Ensure alignment with overall business objectives and market trends to maximize customer engagement and revenue growth.
The Successful Applicant
Ideal candidates should have:
- 8-10 years of experience in the marketing field, with 3-5 years of expertise in Omni Channel marketing.
- A strong background in QSR/fast casual/F&B chains, delivery aggregators, or FMCG industries at mid/large-scale companies and multinational corporations is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field or equivalent strongly demonstrated work, experience (MBA or MMM is a plus).
- Extensive knowledge of the market landscape and a deep understanding of restaurant trends in the country.
- Proficient in all aspects of offline and online marketing, including brand, digital, and omnichannel marketing strategies and tactics within the QSR/Retail industry.
- Ability to strategize and execute detailed work items.
- Fluent in English
