Job Description

(This position opens for both Vietnamese and Expats)

The Omnichannel Marketing Manager will be responsible for setting up, developing a comprehensive omnichannel strategy that integrates all customer touchpoints, both online and offline through On-premise, In-house delivery, Aggregators channels. This role is crucial in enhancing customer experience, driving sales, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all platforms.

1. Strategy Development and Management

Strategy Development

  • Develop Omnichannel strategy for business growth.
  • Review and approve Omnichannel's targets and plans to ensure alignment with JBVN and MKU strategies.

Strategy Management (Deployment, Implementation and Monitoring)

  • Deploys the Omnichannel strategy and discusses the performance.
  • expectations with the Omnichannel team and Key Stakeholders.
  • Collaborates with Functional teams/Key Stakeholders (Trade/Brand MKT, OPS, NBC...) for the resolution of Omnichannel systemic issues.
  • Monitors performance in primary responsibilities (Channel RB growth, OTIF strategies/plans/ execution, Sales target...).
  • Acts as Consultant to MKU Head (Strategic Integrator/Collaborator).

Strategy Evaluation

  • Reviews the strategies regularly and evolves them when needed to ensure omnichannel targets are reached.
  • Consolidates performance feedback from the Team/Key Stakeholders and analyzes results.
  • Utilizes performance results and validates information from various sources to review strategy/ies and recalibrate when necessary.

Key results

  • All Channel RB Growth.
  • AC/TC Growth for In-house delivery channel.
  • On-time, In-full strategies/plans/execution of Omnichannel.

2. Omnichannel Infrastructure Development

Digital Retail Experience

  • Define the digital retail experience for Jollibee Vietnam through the development of frameworks, systems, and tools as align with Global standards.
  • Build digital marketing and e-commerce capability:
  • Ordering experiences across all channels (in-App, Web, Stores).
  • Digital Partnerships (Aggregators, Platforms).
  • Program management.
  • Identify and evangelize digital experience innovations and trends.
  • Ensure the omnichannel strategy aligns with the overall business objectives and sales targets.
  • Develop, lead the Omni-channel and digital initiatives with external agencies.

Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels, including in-store, website, mobile app, social media.

3. Omnichannel Sales Development (On-premise, In-house, Aggregators + JKP/JKC/JTP)

The Omnichannel Marketing manager takes care of ensuring all channels are coordinated, leading initiatives ( CRM / loyalty) that affect multiple channels and is the official SPOC of this team that liaises with the brand and trade teams.

  • External Delivery Channel

Partnership Management

Delivery Experience Enhancement and ensure Brand Consistency

4. People management and Compliance

  • Ensures the manpower planning and fulfillment for network expansion to serve the work requirements and orientation of the Unit Head.
  • Deploy professional training/consulting to develop team capacity (IDP, succession planning...).
  • Manage human resources in departments, ensure compliance with labor laws, Company rules/regulations and according to management hierarchy.
  • Budget management: establish, use, and manage the budget through the approval and authorization of the Unit Head by the Company's policies/regulations to ensure the Omnichannel team's operations achieve the most optimal efficiency.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field or equivalent strongly demonstrated work experience (MBA or MMM is a plus).

- At least 10 years of working experience in the marketing field, including 5 years working in the Retail/QSR/FnB/FMCG/E-commerce industry at mid/large-scale companies and multinational corporations.

- 3 - 5 years of experience in Omnichannel setting up and development.

- Fluent English.
