- Lead NPI PM and product engineering department in HPH.
- Plan and hire adequate resources of each function for NPI and sustaining products.
- Supervise daily operation of department staff to ensure production yield and quality.
- Manage department KPI, expense and budget.
- Act as main managerial contact window for customers
- Manage department administrative affairs
- Undertake management assigned tasks
Requirements:
- 7+ years experience in NPI/PM
- TOEIC 670+
