About the role:
SKIPLI is seeking a creative, ambitious, and self-driven Online Marketing Content Creator to develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns promoting SKIPLI and its products/services. This role is crucial in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, driving website traffic, and acquiring leads and customers. The ideal candidate will excel in planning, executing, and optimizing various digital marketing components, including content creation, email marketing, mobile marketing, social media management, SEO, paid search, and more. A comprehensive understanding of digital media and its role in the broader digital marketing landscape is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Developing/managing all aspects of the company's digital marketing campaigns.
- Developing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website/social media platforms
- Tracking conversion rates what worked, what didn't, and why
- Implementing paid search, PPC, and SEO strategies/campaigns.
- Raising brand awareness and online presence through digital marketing projects and campaigns
- Planning and executing digital marketing budgets
- Staying on top and reviewing new technology trends and opportunities to ensure the company remains a digital marketing leader within the industry, and in the digital marketing space
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools, social media management tools).
- Content Creation: Strong skills in content creation, including writing, editing, and multimedia production.
- SEO Knowledge: Good understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) best practices.
- Creativity: Strong creative skills with a keen eye for detail and design.
- Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Social Media Savvy: Proven experience in managing social media platforms and crafting engaging content.
- Email Marketing: Knowledge of email marketing strategies and tools.
- Mobile Marketing: Experience in mobile marketing strategies and tactics.
- Paid Advertising: Experience with paid advertising campaigns (e.g., PPC, social media ads).
Compensation:
- Monthly Salary: VND 9,000,000 - 15,000,000 or more, depending on experience and skills
- 13th Month Bonus: Equivalent to one month's salary
- Performance Bonus: Potential for additional bonuses based on individual and company performance
