With over 10 years of experience in e-commerce, we provide operational support and expertise for Vietnamese businesses aiming to introduce their products to the global stage. Our commitment is to manage, brand, and drive success for Vietnamese products internationally.

  • Working Hours:8:00 AM 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

Role Summary

The Sales Leader (E commerce - International Market) will oversee and execute online sales and marketing strategies for HMD IT JSC's products on international platforms such as Amazon, Wayfair, and eBay. This role involves leading initiatives to reach target markets, building customer and partner relationships, managing financial performance, and developing new products to meet evolving market demands.

Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Market Development

  • Research & Targeting: Conduct in-depth research to identify target markets and customer needs, and implement effective outreach strategies.
  • Market Expansion & Strategy: Develop and implement strategies for product introduction and market expansion to strengthen the company's position.
  • Business Activity Planning: Plan and manage various business activities, including sales, advertising, and account management, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Cross-Departmental Monitoring: Supervise the execution of business plans across departments, ensuring alignment with production schedules and sales channel requirements.
  • Sales Policy Development: Create detailed sales policies, including pricing, discounts, promotions, and marketing strategies for each product line.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Prepare product cost analyses, documents, and other relevant information for discussions with the Board of Directors and external partners.
  • Product Innovation: Research and develop new products that cater to current market trends and consumer demands.
  • Performance Recommendations: Collaborate with the marketing team to recommend strategies and solutions to enhance business outcomes.
  • Full Accountability: Take full responsibility for the company's sales performance and market outcomes, reporting directly to the Board of Directors.

2. Customer & Partner Relationship Management

  • Automated Data Models: Build automated data models and integrated business and financial information systems for optimized operations.
  • Customized Sales Policies: Develop detailed sales policies, including quotations, discounts, promotions, and marketing materials tailored for customer engagement.
  • Stage-Based Sales Plans: Create tailored sales plans to address customer needs at each stage of engagement.
  • Partnership Development: Identify, connect, and build relationships with potential partners, explore capital raising, and pursue joint ventures or business alliances to drive revenue growth.
  • Information Management: Establish efficient systems for storing and managing customer and partner information to enhance data accessibility and decision-making.

3. Financial Management

  • Financial Advisory: Provide financial advisory to optimize cash flow, reduce costs, and improve administrative processes for business efficiency.
  • Market Positioning: Research and analyze the company's product and brand positioning in the market to guide the Board on strategic business orientation.
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor and evaluate business performance, implement improvements as needed, and ensure cost optimization across all functions.

4. Product Development

  • Process Development: Consult on and establish processes for production, marketing, promotion, and distribution to ensure optimal product lifecycle management.
  • Market & Competitor Research: Conduct ongoing research into consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor activity to inform marketing and promotional strategies.
  • Periodic Industry Analysis: Collect, research, and analyze industry trends and market needs periodically to provide the Board with strategic guidance on product positioning and market development.
  • Product Performance Evaluation: Regularly evaluate the business performance of existing products and services to identify areas for improvement and enhance product quality.
  • New Product Research: Lead the research and development of new products, working collaboratively within the R&D team to plan, implement, and assess results.

5. Reporting & Accountability

  • Periodic Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on business activities and sales department performance, presenting findings and progress to the Board as required.
  • Full Accountability: Take full responsibility for the success of the company's business activities, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and Board expectations

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in International Business, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in international e-commerce (Amazon, Wayfair, eBay, ...), with proven expertise in online sales and business development.
  • Skills:
  • Strategic planning and budget management.
  • Advanced data analysis and financial reporting.
  • Strong leadership with experience in coaching and mentoring team members.
  • Proficient in English communication.
