WHAT YOU WILL DO
Operational Management:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency and enhance guest experience.
- Ensure adherence to company standards and procedures in all aspects of restaurant operations.
- Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Embodying the company's vision, mission, and core values while inspiring others to do the same.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor the operation leadership team to achieve performance targets and deliver exceptional service.
- Provide training, guidance, and support to Area manager and/or Senior restaurant managers to enhance their skills and capabilities.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and employee engagement.
- Contribute to the company's quality excellence development in the whole nation through specialized projects.
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, food safety regulations and quality control procedures.
- Conduct regular store audits and inspections to maintain the highest level of food and service quality.
- Address customer feedback and complaints promptly and effectively to resolve issues and improve overall satisfaction.
Financial Management:
- Develop and manage annual operating budgets for all restaurants, ensuring cost-effective operations and optimal resource allocation.
- Monitor expenses, revenue, and profitability metrics, and take proactive measures to achieve financial targets.
- Propose and implement pricing strategies and related activities to drive sales and revenue growth.
Market Expansion and Growth:
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and execute expansion plans and new restaurant openings.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and development.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform business decisions.
