Key responsibilities:
Review and make a good record of the spare parts/unit inventory and usage
Review and approve service expenses and lodge in internal systems
Office administration including maintain files and organization, plan meetings
Monitor and manage cost tracking and payment processess
Maintain the internal GSP system, work order input and Customer Satisfaction Inquiry
Coordinate in the import procedures
Continuously develop knowledge of all relevant products and services
Communicate with the management, sales team and customers to support the business development
Skills and experiences required:
At least 1-2 years of operations
Excellent communications skills (Written and Verbal) in English is necessary, fluent (Verbal) in Mandarin is preferred
Candidate with warehouse management experience is preferred
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, solve problems, manage and meet
deadlines and maintain a high quality of work
High attention to details
