Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Operations Assistant at Food Empire Singapore_FES (Viet Nam) located in Thun An, Bnh Dng. The Operations Assistant will be responsible for day-to-day operational tasks, supporting operations management, ensuring efficient customer service, and utilizing analytical skills to improve processes.

Key responsibilities:

1. Coordination between cross departments in the Operation function
2. Conducting Weekly Operations, NPD, MM meetings
3. Analysis and reporting elements of Recovery Cost
4. KPI calculation & reporting at the factory
5. Document approval process
6. Personal assistant to Operation Director

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Having at least 2 years of working experience in similar position or responsibilities
• Operations and Operations Management skills
• Data analytical skill, specially by excel. Having knowledge of Power BI is a plus
• Strong communication abilities in both oral and writing
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Working under hi-pressure
• Flexi working time is required
• Attention to detail and Confidentiality
• Stress management
