JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Operational Cost Management:
- Analyze and track operational costs in detail and comprehensively.
- Identify opportunities to reduce costs and optimize operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement effective cost management strategies.
- Report operational costs periodically to senior management.
Manage the Operational Data Analytics Team:
- Lead, direct, and develop a team of at least 4 Operational Data Analysts in collecting, processing, and analyzing data related to business operations.
- Develop and implement data analytics models to support business decision-making.
- Work closely with other stakeholders to ensure data is used effectively.
- Share insights from data with other teams in the company
Planning and Annual AOP Creation:
- Participate in the company's annual planning and budgeting process.
- Develop the AOP (Annual Operating Plan) for the Payment & Analytics team.
- Monitor and adjust the AOP periodically to ensure targets are met.
Leadership Skills:
- Lead and inspire the Payment & Analytics team to achieve common goals.
- Develop and coach team members to enhance their capabilities and skills.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Evaluate team members performance and provide constructive feedback.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience working in cost management or data analytics.
- At least 2 years of experience as a team leader.
- Experience working in a startup environment is a plus.
Skills:
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools and office software.
