Job Description
We are offering an immediate opening for a professional
Operations Manager based in our Ho Chi Minh office. The role is mainly to oversee daily activities, implement the right processes and practices across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a sharp business mind and proven success in collaborating multiple teams for maximum productivity together with us to develop and maintain an environment of trust, diversity, and inclusion within the operations team.
The vacancy is ideal for an enthusiastic, energic and versatile person, who is ready to show his or her value in the fast and constantly changing industry. You should possess excellent communication skills and be able to juggle multiple tasks together with cross-functional collaboration.
YOUR MAIN DUTIES:
- Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way; improve operational management systems, processes and and best practices
- Communicate with stakeholders about shifting Company priorities and projects; maintain and update internal process documents; keep cross-functional teams posted on internal process changes
- Report on operational efficiency and quality standards
- Liaise with different departments to improve internal performance and work efficiency, and forward all feedback/ suggestions/ recommendation for improvement
- Interpret crucial input and information to contribute to new product development and processes, anticipate potential issues impacting successful outcomes for decision making in business processes
- Create relevant presentations, documents, databases that support analyzing daily statistics, improving processes and trainings
- Assist with new hire orientations and onboarding - offboarding processes
- Coordinate team meetings, events on weekly/monthly basis
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, integrate new technologies and business processes as needed
Qualifications
- English fluency in both verbal and written communications is a must
- Degree in Business, Operations Management or related field
- At least 3+ years of operations management or related quantitative-based business experience
- Familiarity with business and financial principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Google work space
- Cross-functional collaboration and adaptability to respond quickly to a shifting reality and adjust initiatives and priorities
- Organizational skills and the flexibility to jump from priority to priority
- Leadership ability
- Ability to plan work to meet deadlines and unexpected situations and/or requests
- Strong personalities and professional judgment to work under pressure and high level of patience
