[RECRUITMENT] LIVIE is the next generation lifestyle flexible accommodation brand, created by MNM Hospitality. We are opening a vacancy for Operations Manager in Hanoi area.
As an Operations Manager, you will:
- Take responsibility directly to Receptionist team and Housekeeping team. Ensure that each department delivers a consistently high standard of guest service.
- Plan and direct the hotel main operations including quality, standards, cleanliness, guest satisfaction.
- Address any issues or challenges that arise, maintaining a positive and professional work environment.
- Act as a point of contact for guests, addressing their concerns and ensuring satisfactory resolutions
- Be responsible for maximizing profit through the consistent delivery of the highest standard of service.
- Monitor the condition of the building and facilities, promptly identifying any defects or maintenance issues.
- Ensure all scheduled or requested tasks are completed on time - all tasks in LIVIE operation system must be completed in a timely manner.
- Report to BOD regularly for any company-related matter.
- Ensure consistent implementation and review of SOPs throughout all Departments. Carry out regular inspections of all departments in the areas of guest service delivery, cleanliness, presentation, service delivery, employee presentation and grooming.

Requirements:
- Can Do attitude and flexible working hours; Take ownership in every action
- At least 3 years experience in the hospitality industry;
- Be able to communicate in English (Korean is a plus);
- Be able to use MS Office and have previous experience using a hotel PMS
