OBJECTIVES
We are looking for a Performance/ Optimization Executive to join our team, who will be providing planning, daily digital campaign execution, and analysis to improve our clients marketing performance. You will also be part of a growing multifaceted digital optimization team that develops advanced analytic solutions for top companies across the industries.

- PAXY: Advanced media system created and developed by Internal PMAX to support automated performance marketing activities from data processing, advertising optimization, insight analysis, making recommendations on plans and reports
JOB DETAILS
Media Planning: (20%)
- Plan the digital media plan as a solution for the clients problem.
- Develop the quarterly and annual media plan, budget allocation
- Daily planning budget and tasks to deliver on time with acceptable result/ outcome.
Digital Campaign Execution: (70%)
- Responsible for the execution, the day to day running of all search, social, and display advertising campaigns (with instructions of LM)
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (CPL, CPO, ROAS, CAC,)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
Report & Analytics: (10%)
- Generate Campaign Reporting to have key learning for upcoming projects

- Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and campaigns with an intensive workload.
Good to have:
- 1-year experience in marketing team or media agency background.
- 1-year experience in Google Ads, Facebook Ads.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
