Role

  • Support project and management team to lead the change management and communication to related functions and users.
  • Act as a liaison between the Functional Project, People & Culture and other related departments to facilitate and implement change management plan for South Green Field to ensure smooth transition during the change
  • Be the Champion for SteerCo Meeting update, People Master Plan, Project Management ...

Job Responsibilities

Change Management Approach

  • Develop, align and drive for change management plan, included crafting communication strategies
  • Define the success metrics and monitor change progress
  • Lead experts to build toolkit and framework for change management as well as change communication
  • Analyze and manage risk mitigation tactics

Change Management Implementation

  • Build up change management process to support adoption of the changes required by certain initiatives
  • Evaluate and ensure impacted people ready before any change
  • Lead the discussion and work closely with respective parties to conduct the change management plan in line with SPVB culture & labor regulation
  • Lead project team / respective people workstream to execute all related tasks and provide necessary training to users relating to systems implementation project

Sustainable Change Impact

  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and propose solutions to key stakeholders
  • Regularly seek feedbacks on stakeholders concerns and ensure stakeholders are satisfied during change management process

Others

  • Identify and manage anticipated resistance
  • Consult and coach related project teams
  • Support and engage senior leaders during the change
  • Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities
  • Anchor the impact to company culture as the result of change management to define and build up the right culture to support changes
  • Own engagement activities, meeting, workshop relating to project, included developing, aligning and implementing recognition scheme

Requirement

Functional Expertise

  • Experience in change management in large transformation projects, esp Manufacturing
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
