About the Company:

Their network consists of over 28,000 verified practitioners globally, facilitating knowledge sharing and professional development. They collaborate with industry partners to provide digital engagement solutions, market research, and data services, as well as to host world-class medical educational programs.

About the Role:

Our client is seeking a Partnerships Manager to enhance their collaborations with medical associations and hospitals. This role involves coordinating and managing continuing medical education (CME) events and other educational activities for healthcare professionals (HCPs). The successful candidate will report directly to the CEO.

Responsibilities:

  • Forge new partnerships with medical associations and hospitals.
  • Plan and manage educational activities, such as CME events, workshops, and seminars.
  • Lead all partnership activities, including topic and speaker selection, and oversee administrative responsibilities.
  • Cultivate relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in the medical field to expand the professional network.
  • Explore innovative collaboration opportunities with existing and new partners.
  • Support the execution of pharmaceutical client campaigns through scientific partnerships.

Requirements:


  • Advanced degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Public Health, or a related field.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device sector, potentially as a sales representative, product manager, medical affairs manager, or medical liaison.
  • Familiarity with regulations and policies related to medical education and pharmaceutical marketing.
  • Established network within the Vietnamese medical community.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in English and Vietnamese.
  • Proactive, organized, and capable of managing ambiguity and pressure effectively.
