REPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and Secure Strategic Partnerships: Research and identify potential partners that align with our technology solutions and business goals.
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with partners, acting as a primary point of contact to maximize mutual benefit and resolve any issues.
- Partnership Enablement and Engagement: Work closely with partners to ensure they have the training, resources, and support needed to successfully market, sell, and implement our solutions.
- Market Analysis and Opportunity Assessment: Analyze industry trends, competitor partnerships, and emerging markets to recommend new partnership opportunities.
- Revenue Generation: Drive revenue growth through partnerships, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities in coordination with the sales team.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on partner performance, using KPIs to measure success and optimize strategy.
- Collaborative Strategy Development: Work cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams to align partnership strategies with overall business goals.
- Contract Negotiation and Management: Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms and compliance with company policies.
REQUEST
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a similar role in the IT industry.
- Skills:
- Technical Understanding: Knowledge of IT solutions, software, and SaaS platforms.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information.
- Negotiation: Proven negotiation skills with a track record of securing beneficial partnerships.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
