Parts Specialist/Technical Support

Main tasks:

1. Working with PSSR to offer engines repair/overhaul solutions for customers.
2. Be a parts specialist and technical solutions.

• Develop solutions of repair and overhaul for customers.
• Together with PSSRs to do equipment inspection at site and support PSSR to prepare recommendations of equipment maintenance and repairs.
• Update latest parts improvement/ engine news to customers and PSSRs.
• To develop parts failure/success story usage.
• Follow up customers engine status via PL or inspection, and do advice when needed.
• Working on Cat engine upgrade and new Cat engine technology.
• Keep Manager updated on daily, weekly and monthly activities.

Company provides travel from HCM to Long Thanh/Dong Nai.

Requirements:

Technical University Degree

At least 2 years of experience in customer services or Sales Administration work.

Mature, responsible individual, good interpersonal skills, able to complete the given tasks with minimize supervision

Ability to work independent and team works skills

Customer service & selling skills

Computer literate and familiar with words, excel, outlook ...

Planning organization and time management skills

Capacity to work under pressure

English language skills
