PD Salesforce Recruitment Senior Specialist will play a role who contribute to PD Salesforce & business growth by increasing access to high quality candidate pool; ensuring that PD has the salesforce manpower necessary to achieve objectives and maintaining a competitive edge in the market. This role is to help grow the high-performance salesforce in PD by finding and nurturing the most suitable candidates to contribute to a PD's future success.
PD Salesforce Recruitment Senior Specialist has primary responsibility for the entire recruiting cycle and undertaking all recruitment activities; connecting with potential candidates; screening applications and supporting hiring managers with the goal to full-fill PVA Banca's hiring needs and meet business objectives. This role has also responsible for the monitoring and improvement of the recruitment process; maintaining a positive candidate experience.
Implementing and managing full-lifecycle recruitment process
- Responsible for implementing and managing the full lifecycle recruitment process from requisition through to the on-boarding of candidates, insurance agent licensing.
- Create and manage daily job openings across multiple platforms, including company websites, job boards, and social media, networks, referral.
- Screen resumes/ job applications and conduct initial phone screens to identify & create shortlists of qualified candidates from various sources to fill any hiring demands.
- Contact candidates to arrange interview and to develop appropriate interview questions in collaboration with the hiring manager so that interviews are conducted efficiently and equitably.
- Work closely with the hiring manager and candidates to ensure new employees are onboarded quickly and successfully.
- Facilitate a smooth process of a pre-licensing course, included: check personal documents of candidate; verify the status of insurance agent licenses; register for OB courses; follow up with candidates throughout OB course; MOF Exams; to complete insurance agent licensing.
Sourcing & Candidate Database Management
- Identify, evaluate, and maintain external recruitment channels, networks and platforms to support with recruitment planning and activities.
- Maintain and expand database of potential candidates as well as recruitment channel partners, platforms and related networks for future job opening.
- Keep up to date with the latest trends in recruitment practices.
Candidates Experience
- Build and broaden network with potential candidates.
- Design, distribute and measure the results of candidate experience surveys.
- Respond to enquiries from candidates about the updates about their application status so that candidates are kept informed.
- Suggest new initiatives for improving candidate experience.
Reporting
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of candidate profiles, interview feedback, and job postings.
- Track the progress of each applicant and keep their records updated in applicant tracking system.
- Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire,
- Reports on hiring progress weekly and monthly.
- Generates detailed reports on crucial recruitment metrics like time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.
Recruitment Marketing
- Support Employer Branding/Recruitment Marketing activities of Prudential Bancassurance to attract high-quality applicants.
- Develop & promote contents, visual to promote Prudential Bancassurance Career.
- Work closely with recruitment team to develop creative ways for addressing recruitment challenges.
- Track, measure and report on recruitment marketing campaign/activities results based on collected data.

Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Economic, Business Administration, Banking & Finance; Human Resource.
- At least 2 3 years of experience in Mass recruitment.
- Priority having experienced in life insurance/ bancassurance field.
Knowledge
- Familiarity with hiring practices and stages (screening, interview, assessment, onboarding).
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques on social media and specialized professional platforms.
- Background in using recruitment system or other relevant software such as applicant tracking system.
- Strong understanding of posting jobs online.
- Experience in recruitment marketing/recruitment system is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office, such as Microsoft Words; Excel; Power Points,
