JOB DESCRIPTION
- Project management
- Manage on top with the project's situation and can solve clients problems related to project's management
- Proactively make suggestions, next step with clients to improve performance with highly complicated full scope media: Branding, Lead generation, Ecom, App.
- Representative of PMAX when it comes to media, performance question/topic ie Performance review, Proposal, Reporting,...
- Lead or QC media plan at a complex level (Many assumptions, detail plans with 3-7 dimensions and have solid arguments for your assumptions)
- QC, audit, support/ guide your team member to improve performance (come up with logic to optimize your project)
- Work with other stakeholders such as account/strategy/planner/creative in order to convince and align on direction/next steps of project
- Team management
- Leading a team (3-5 people) to provide the best performance to our clients
- Providing clear roadmap, guidance, and individual coaching and feedback stretching to achieve goals.
- Be responsible for recruiting, developing and retaining your team members
- Performance management
- Be responsible for the team's KPI (revenue, profit) and client KPI's (CPO, ROI,...)
- Maintain and upgrade management system in order to plan, monitor/keep track of your team performance and provide action plan to achieve these KPI
