RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor advertising and outsourced services expenditure, evaluate plans and budget allocations, and propose optimization for Performance Marketing campaigns.
Review and analyse reports, verifying the accuracy and validity of expenditure reports.
Design and analyse marketing data using database queries (Access/Google Sheet Query), web analytics tools (GA4), campaign management software tools, etc. Regularly assess and recommend optimisation for ROI.
Prepare independent reports on KPI, NRU, NAU, Conversion rates, Engagement, etc, for leaders to review.
Conduct ad hoc research, optimise automated reports, and recommend necessary tools to support effective management and growth of Marketing campaigns.
Maintain control over all data and prepare reports on various issues at leaders request.
REQUIREMENTS
Must have 03+ years of experience in Performance Marketing and be proficient in all popular advertising platforms.
Having more than 01 years of experience as a Business Analyst is advantageous.
Having more than 03 years of experience as an Account Executive for a Marketing Agency is
advantageous.
Proficiency in setting up and using tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Data Studio, and Forecast Ads Spend.
Strong budget management and expense reporting skills.
Ability to analyse investment efficiency while being sensitive to information.
Effective communication and questioning skills with coherent and convincing presentation abilities.
Ability to build strong relationships with in-house teams and service providers.
Proficiency in creating visually appealing and easy-to-understand presentations using tools like Google Sheets, Google Slide, etc.
