JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop and execute full funnel performance marketing strategies for clients across various channels, including search engine marketing (SEM), paid social, display advertising, and affiliate marketing.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns to achieve maximum return on investment (ROI) while staying within budget and command in ROAS and CPA.
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies based on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure optimal results.
- Analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Generate regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and developers, to ensure cohesive and effective digital marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with external partners and agencies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Conduct A/B testing and implement optimization strategies to improve campaign performance and achieve established goals.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in communication, marketing, ecommerce, business administration,...
- At least 4 years of digital performance marketing experience.
- Experience with campaign management, especially in terms of Facebook, Google, Shopee and TikTok
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experienced working in e-commercial company
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on performance analysis and optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and trends.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
