Plan and execute advertising campaigns on Google/TikTok/Facebook for the company's products.
Plan the allocation and control of advertising costs, continuously optimizing campaigns to achieve business objectives.
Monitor and analyze data, ad metrics, and campaign elements to develop precise optimization and growth strategies.
Collaborate with the Media and Product teams to ensure an understanding of the products, thereby creating campaigns that accurately target customer insights sustainably.
Continuously update information on the market, products, competitors, and updates related to expertise and advertising platforms.
Requirements:
Graduated with a Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Economics, Marketing, Journalism, Communications, etc.,
At least 6 months of experience in Performance Marketing, specifically in Google Ads/TikTok Ads/Facebook Ads . Preference for candidates who have worked in the Education sector.
Knowledge and background in Marketing and Performance Marketing. Preference for candidates who excel in optimizing metrics and focusing on growth strategies.
Strong self-learning ability, capable of researching and developing new platforms.
Experience running ads with a budget of over 100 million VND per month. Proficient in all types of advertising on Google.
