Job Summary

Your production planner resume must prominently feature your experience in managing supply chain processes. Highlight your expertise in scheduling and inventory control systems to showcase your organizational skills. Demonstrate your ability to analyze production specifications and capacity data on your resume and customer service on demand issues. Ensure you include instances of successful coordination with different departments to emphasize your collaborative skills.

Main Duties and Responsibilities.

* Production Planning Job:

• Receive order (sale FC ) from customer & upload to SAP system
• Simulation machine & tooling, equipment capacity
• Make plan order raw material come in advance
• Control & balance raw material to prevent shortage or extra
• Issue production plan to full fill delivery
• Daily monitor production plan & adjust when have abnormal happen
• SAP system control (MRP, Production order, Inventory-Aging , create Bom-Rounting )
• New project lunching

* Customer service job:

• Receive PO & FC and confirm with customer then upload to SAP system
• Arrange booking follow lead time
• Make invoice & packing list for delivery
• Follow up delivery to ensure delivery on time
• Control payment from customer to not over AR
• Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
• Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
• Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts
• Follow up new business opportunities
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• At least 3 years experience in production planning/ customer service/ Mechanical manufacturing.
• Strong in problem solving skill
• Know SAP system is an advantage
• Competent in using computer and report writings, Microsoft Office and Outlook
• Flexibility in terms of working hours and being able to work under pressure.
