Job Description

  • DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    - Coordinate production workflow for one or multiple products;

    - Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay;

    - Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand;

    - Assign workers and other staff to particular production operations;

    - Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget;

    - Prepare and submit status and performance reports;

    - Obtain output information (number of finished products, percentage of defectives...).

  • QUALIFICATIONS

    - BA/BSc degree in pharmacy, chemistry, business, administration or related fields;

    - A high level of attention to detail;

    - Fluency in writing and reading English;

    - Willing for business trip;

    - Good organization, communication, problem solving, time management & team work skills;

    - Experience using computers for a variety of tasks;

    - Self-motivated and proactive.
