PMO Assistant

Key Responsibilities: mainly two parts

1. Compliance interface person of the department:

Learn the compliance knowledge of ZTE corporation.

Promotes the implementation of ZTE Vietnam's compliance policies, regulations, systems, and processes in the engineering service field.

Promote the set-up and implementation of compliance management systems, operation mechanisms in the engineering service field.

Conducts compliance risk assessment in the engineering service field, organizes and promotes the sorting out and governance of compliance risks, and conducts compliance inspection and rectification.

Design compliance publicity and training courses that are suitable for the engineering service field in Vietnam, carry out regular compliance training, improve employees compliance awareness and capabilities in the engineering service field, and foster a compliance culture.

Conducts compliance consultation, review, and communication in the engineering service field.

2. Daily management support of the Project Management Office(PMO):

As internal control interface person of the department, connect to the HQs, and make sure the implementation in the department.

As one of the assistants of the PMO manager, organize the monthly performance assessment for the employees of the department, organize the meeting and activities of the department, support the projects of department such as the asset management, etc.

Requirements:

1.Can speak Chinese.

2.Legal background is prefered.
