FinX is looking for a seasoned PMO Lead who has deep and broad experience in managing multi-stream programs in fast-paced agile environments and building products customers like.
As a PMO Lead, you will be working on initiatives that are critically important for FinX's success. You will lead complex cross-functional programs to success, partnering with product managers, analysts, engineers, and designers. You will also work closely with product and engineering leadership determining the vision and strategic direction of the programs you're driving.
Responsibilities
- Collaborating with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects.
- Planning project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables.
- Analyzing data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation.
- Overseeing the project's development and ensuring that team members carry out their tasks efficiently while upholding the company's standards.
- Drafting new and improving existing project management office policies and processes.
- Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines.
- Accurately documenting the project's creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the project's scope and justification.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experiencedelivering technical projects and programs in high-paced agile product organizations.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and supply chain organizations.
- Influence: Proven ability to lead by influence, and gaining trust from teams
- Systems Thinking: Ability to break up complex problems into actionable and easy-to-understand solutions
- Communication: Able to communicate effectively in both technical and non-technical audiences and terms. Ability to structure information in a written form and communicate effectively verbally.
- Lean & Agile Engineering Mindset: Solid hands-on background in software engineering project delivery in an agile organization.
- Calm under pressure: Maintains stable performance and can-do attitude when under pressure or stress. Prepares a team with fire drill exercises to do the right thing when there is fire.
- Experience with financial products in banks and consumer finance or fintech is a plus.
