Key Responsibilities:
- Planning, writing, production, and editing of podcast episodes.
- Conduct research on industry trends, topics, and guest speakers (initially hypothetical) for podcast content.
- Coordinate internally with team members, team lead and manager.
- Assist in scripting and creating engaging podcast content that aligns with the company's brand and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with podcasting trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Work on your skills for holistic improvement of the quality of the podcast and your personal growth.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recent graduate with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- Having any kind of experience in podcasting would be preferable.
- Strong passion for podcasting, storytelling, and digital media.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in audio editing software (e.g., Audacity, Adobe Audition) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Knowledge of B2B marketing and familiarity with industry trends is preferred.
- Must be available to attend the meetings on a regular basis.
- Must be available to commit to a 120-day internship.
