Responsible for all continuous improvement activities in machinery and processes.
Oversees the coordination of day-to-day technical activities and the maintenance of the factory's facilities.
Prepare and implement maintenance plans to ensure: Product quality and Quantity; Productivity and machine, tool & fixture improvement through Kaizen activities...
Propose methods to improve the system to improve productivity, reduce risks in production, and effectively optimize investment costs
Problem-solving and analyzing the root cause of machinery errors and providing corrective & preventive actions to ensure productivity and smooth production running.
Implement and comply with the requirements of TPM projects to ensure resources for effective asset use.
Manage and provide full training to the technician team.
Guided and managed employees to properly implement the company's rules and regulations.
Qualifications
5 years of experience in the same position in the electronics manufacturing company.
Knowledge about TPM, the PLC program, and Lean Six Sigma.
