As the Pricing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies that maximize profitability and competitiveness in the B2B pharmaceutical e-commerce market. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, supply, finance, and operations, to ensure our pricing strategies align with our business objectives and market conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive pricing strategies to optimize revenue and market share.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify pricing opportunities and threats.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop pricing models and promotional strategies.
- Analyze pricing data and trends to make informed pricing decisions.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of pricing strategies and make adjustments as necessary.
- Ensure pricing compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Provide pricing guidance and support to the sales team, including pricing negotiations and contract reviews.
- Develop and maintain pricing tools and systems to streamline pricing processes.
- Prepare and present pricing reports and analyses to senior management.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance pricing efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in pricing management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or e-commerce industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in pricing software and tools, as well as Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, competitive landscape, and industry regulations.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
