Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Receiving products/process/technology transferred into Vietnam.
- Fully understand current process capability.
- Develop, improve processes simply, reliably, efficiently.
- Reduce process variance. Ensure production yield to achieve target
- Saving cost by continual optimize and improve processing method, material, tooling, consumable etc.
- Develop new process technique. Extend process capability. Capture new part order.
- Technical problem handling and support for internal and external customers.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or sciences, prefer from the field of optics engineering, mechanical engineering, or industrial engineering. Higher education is a plus.
- Typically requires a minimum of 9 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree; or 7 years and a master's degree; or a PhD with 4 years experience; or equivalent experience.
- Experience in setting up manufacturing processes, especially in advanced optics related fields.
Skills
- Demonstrated ability of leading projects, training and coaching people, achieving goals under resource constraints.
- Technical research and report skills.
- English communication is compulsory. Chinese is a plus.

- Planning and organizing: Establishes a systematic course of action for self and others to assure accomplishment of a specific objective. Determines priorities and allocates time and resources effectively.

- ISO 9001, FMEA, SPC and other statistical methods is a plus
