Principal, Finance & Operations - Venture Capital

Our client, a leading early-stage venture capital firm based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, is looking for a Finance and Operations Principal to join them. In this role, you will manage finance, accounting and operational activities for the firm. This is a highly visible role, reporting directly to the General Partner.

You will be given the opportunity to design, implement and manage the firm's financial and operational processes. You will oversee day-to-day financial activities, ensuring compliance with the firm's policies. You will also assist in guiding key business decisions by preparing and managing budgets, financial statements and forecasts. You will work closely with portfolio companies to prepare and deliver financial reports to investors and other stakeholders. Compliance and risk management will be another key area of focus. There will be the potential for you to build a lean team as the business scales.

To be successful in this role, you must have more than 7 years of experience in a Venture Capital or Private Equity environment. You must also possess excellent communication skills, with business proficiency in English.
