- Preparing, implementation, supervising the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done.
- Carry out related documents: FMEA, QCP,...
- To suggest the solutions to improve productivity, quality and reduce the cost.
- Diagnosing problems in the production line and providing recommendations.
- Ensure all product and system requirements are taken into account from the initial product conception to the finished result.
- Assist with floor layout designs.
- Design and implement fixtures, tooling, machine... for assembly
- Preparing production documentation such as assembly work instructions
- Ensure product and process quality meets specifications required.
- Improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing workflow, space requirements and equipment layout, removing all waste from the processes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement activities.
It would be WOW if you would bring this in:
- Degree in engineering (Mechanical, electrical, automation,...).
- At least 2 years experience as a production engineer/ process engineer/ industrial engineer...
- Understanding and experience in manufacturing processes.
- Understand lean manufacturing
- Experience with CAD software.
- Proven experience in the engineering field.
- Analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
