Job Overview/Objectives

Manage and streamline our end-to-end procurement process, ensuring efficient, timely and accurate acquisition, production, OTIF delivery and payment of goods. The Specialist is also responsible for the entire Input/Output data management of a PO cycle within out ERP and SCM tools, Procurement KPI's Dashboard and vendor performance review on regular basis. Lastly, the P2P specialist is the owner of End-to-End WIP/Production management flow, vendor relationship and cost efficiency during production.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Manage End to End Procure to Pay process
  • Own a purchasing group, including a selection of suppliers or product group. Being the main interface and accountable for suppliers management, relationship and it's performance.
  • Purchasing Order management process until orders are delivered to DC's globally. Includes the full Standard P2P process to be managed on SAP S4 Hana ( PIR adjustments and PR's management incl. input control (ETD/Leadtimes/FOB/Vendor & Factory data accuracy), PO placement, PO Management, PO ETD confirmation and accuracy on OTIF, Capacity Booking & Management, Production Management/WIP, Cost Control ( Surcharges/MOT adjustments), IDB, GR, Invoice & payment management, daily trouble shooting & root cause analysis, Procurement KPI's incl. vendor score card)
  • PO Placement to suppliers: Ensure that all SAP S/4 Hana purchase requisitions are converted into Purchase Orders based on purchasing agreements, manage PO confirmation in timely manner and to match business requirements.
  • Monitor supplier production planning to ensure on-time delivery. Book/Negotiate capacity and ensure all supplies incl. fabric/trims etc are being managed on time to enable vendor accomplish commitments made. Constantly exercise negotiation and problem-solving skills to meet the strategic goals.
  • Own service levels with multiple internal business stakeholders, as well build and maintain strong relationship with suppliers.
  • Understanding Demand Planning & Supply Planning processes for better handling of Supply vs Demand reports and solving delivery issues.
  • Liaise with Supply Planning to determine the best MOT base on business requirement and inventory. Once decisions is made from P2P management, ensure execution of all steps related to MOT changes and updates.
  • Responsible for purchase invoice parking & booking as well coordination with Finance for supplier payment settlement.
  • PR Clarification with Internal Customer (demand, supplier, delivery date,) in accordance with requirements. Clarification with Strategic Procurement (supplier, pricing, conditions; in case agreement is unavailable/invalid). Clarification with 3rd parties/supplier (goods availability, documents, import, complaints, )
  • Be accountable and lead Supplier to assure most up-to-date data ( WIP & ETD ) in OSCA/S4 permanently to reflect actual inbound info in supply Vs demand tools. Owning inputs and outputs on all P2P related systems processes.
  • Support Superiors for Purchase related tasks and optimization projects.
  • Develop and monitor purchase related KPI's, reports and tracking to ensure visibility on purchasing operations and deviation to pre-established goals. Manage vendor scorecard and lead monthly/quarterly/season performance reviews and ensure constant improvements up to targets.
  • Identify process improvement (should be Continuous Improvement) in procure to pay process that can increase efficiency and productivity on tasks being performed.
  • Be proactive and innovative with ideas to improve service / deliverables to the client
  • Travels required

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)


  • Very good knowledge of PO management and P2P process
  • Proven experience with ERP and P2P tools, ideally with S/4 Hana
  • Advanced user for Microsoft Office, specially Excel with capabilities on advanced reporting building and analysis
  • Fluent in English, clarity on spoken and writing.

Education And Experience


  • Education in Business Administration, Supply-Chain Management or Procurement.
  • 3+years experience in P2P_Procurement within SAP or similar ERP
  • 3+years experience managing Production, vendor relationship, WIP.
  • Previous experience in Textile Industry-Apparel, ideally within similar roles.
