A, GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The Producer Intern role is a pivotal part of our Production team that will control throughout the production process that may include writing coverage on scripts, reviewing production plan, researching props, contacting vendors, booking location/people, coordinating accounting process, assisting with duties on and off set, and helping to prepare documentations.
Note: Applications should contain the portfolio.
B, MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare contract or legal paperwork for Freelancers (Crew, Stylish, Runners, Assistants) and Vendor.
- Preparing a general freelance contract with differential SOW ( will work later with PM ) for Freelancers who support the Pre-production process.
- Film Crew: Contact, booking & follow up progress with key person.
- Stylist: Prepare wardrobe (clothes).
- Set Designer | Prop Master | Research I Scout I Prepare Props | Design Stage Set.
Production process management
- Responsible for developing a project and overseeing the entire creation process from beginning to end.
- Following production schedules.
- Plan production budgets.
- Support Producers in remaining within target schedules and budgets.
Purchase/rent/arrange/make content Items and props (check color & theme / concept matching Content idea)
- Making final purchasing | rental Items and Props based on the final decision of PO ( Project Outline ) from PM or Requestor.
- Looking for any back-up Items and Props that match with Content Idea ( in-case of unable to find the requested items ).
Find and book freelancers, talent, casting and location (Contract & Paperwork & Listings)
- Checking Requested booking timeline notes & shooting day from PO to book Crew, External Talents, Location, so on.
- Collecting all Internal & External Source of Freelancers, Talents, Equipment & Location to share with everyone.
Negotiate to have better deal with Freelancers and Vendors (Vendor & Price listing)
- Getting allocated Budget from TM | PM ( Daily | Sponsor ) with Reference Cost Range of Freelancers, Items and Location to negotiate and lock down the rate.
Advise Project Manager in alternative choices (other options) in case 1st option is not available or to bring better quality in pre-production.
- Ability to give solutions for Project Manager to decide if they can not find expected items.
- Ability to advise other options for Project Manager to have better quality and saving cost.
Pick-up & Drop-off management (Location, Method, PIC-Recruiter & Crew).
- Think of the bring pick-up & drop-off method to organize and deliver props list efficiently and on time.
- Coordinate with Recruiter and Crew to assign the PIC in each project.
- Do check-in and check-out procedures with the Project Manager to avoid any lossing.
Props and Wardrobe storage management (decision on what to buy/throw away, where can we keep).
- In order to save cost, we need to manage and reuse props and content items.
- Maintain and keep props and content items in good condition.
- Planning on what needs to be stored and categorize the items for further access to everyone.
PPM Deck, Call-sheet and production schedule management.
- Assist PM in preparing PPM Deck, call-sheet and production schedule.
- Assist PM in ensuring all production parties are on schedule and follow the confirmed call-sheet.
- Support PM in other requested tasks.
C, REQUIREMENT:
- Currently enrolled in or graduated from a program related to communication, digital media production, or a similar field.
- Proficient in basic digital content production, including the use of video editing, audio, and image editing tools.
- Basic project management skills, including planning, progress tracking, and reporting.
- Familiarity with common digital technologies, applications, and online platforms.
- Ability to think creatively and effectively present ideas.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Vietnamese, with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members in a diverse environment.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and thrive in a dynamic and creative environment.
- Prior internship or work experience in the field of digital media or content production is preferred.
- Expected to commit to a full-time position (from Monday - Friday) for a duration of 3-6 months.
